Your summer day here
Beach in the morning, river after lunch, the orchard on the way home, fire pit by nine. The whole loop is under half an hour from the porch.

Coffee on the covered porch
The porch faces the trees and stays in shade until afternoon. Mornings start in the 60s.
- 10 am
Morganton Point beach
Fifteen minutes to the sand beach on Lake Blue Ridge. $5 a car, shade trees, picnic tables.
- 1 pm
Float the Toccoa
Toccoa Valley Tubing runs six-mile floats, two to three hours, shuttle included, about $10 a tube.
- 4 pm
Mercier Orchards
U-pick blueberries and peaches in June and July, cider slushies and fried pies on the way out.
- 9 pm
Fire pit at 66 degrees
